Author Guidelines
Guidelines for the preparation of articles for the NGTT
1. GENERAL
1.1 All articles must be submitted in duplicate via email to helgardngtt@gmail.com. Articles should be submitted as MS Word documents.
1.2 The name of the author must appear on only one of the two copies. All references that could identify the author, such as an indication where the paper was read, may also appear only on the first copy. Also be sure to remove authorship that is automatically ascribed to documents by MS Word.
1.3 All submissions must be linguistically sound, without spelling or typing errors and comply with the formatting guidelines provided below. Should the article not comply it will be returned to the author for revision before being sent to reviewers.
1.4 After the initial selection of an article, it will be sent to at least two referees who review the article blindly. The names or contact details of referees will not, under any circumstances, be made known to the author.
1.5 If necessary, the article will be returned to the author along with the Referee reports. Reviewers may also provide comments and suggestions in the text itself via track changes. In response, the author should implement the suggested alterations or otherwise motivate his/her decision not to amend the article.
1.6 Thereafter, the revised article must be submitted via e-mail to helgardngtt@gmail.com.
1.7 The editorial staff retain the right to again submit the improved copy to the referees, should they deem this necessary, and even return it once more to the author
